The company sells franchise business opportunities as car wash and valet Centre’s. The Franchise retail model:

The retail franchise outlets will be providing customers with three prime services:

- Comprehensive range of carwash services

- Selection of valet services

- Value add detailing

The industry has various competitors ranging from a variety of franchise brands at filling stations as well as many independent operators. Most contenders are trying to compete on price and location alone. The Car Wash strategy is to provide a high-quality service, both in regards to the actual washing as well as customer service, which is all based on their ability to find the best employees. We believe this is the most cost-effective method because it decreases HR costs associated with turnover and other miscellaneous employee costs.

Recruiting of higher-level employees and making sure that they are well taken care of ensures that they in turn take care of the customers. Study after study proves that a happy employee is far more likely to provide the highest level of customer service compared to an employee who is not happy and feels that they are being taken advantage of.

A great customer experience is key to building repeat business from clients. Our franchise model considers the customer, the franchisee’s interest,the landlord and our brand equity. Once every stakeholder is satisfied, we have achieved a successful business unit.
